SeqVar

SeqVar is a sequencing platform technology that detects  nucleotide-based gene expression profiles, and predicts ligand binding efficacy. This includes the exon composition and identification of exon:exon junctions of each mRNA species, enabling the accurate prediction of  the tertiary folding of corresponding proteins.

SeqVar applications includes the determination of the expression profile of Check Point Inhibitors PD-1 and PD-L1 in cancer patients, and predicts the efficacy of binding of anti PD-L1 inhibitors.
