PrimaCap

PrimaCap is a nucleotide sequence based platform technology developed to detect mutations in short DNA fragments of less than 100 nucleotides, at extremely low concentrations and in the presence of overwhelming amounts of wild type. Typical applications include detecting mutations in cell free DNA (cfDNA) from liquid biopsy samples such as plasma, urine, thin prep and FFPE samples.

PrimaCap technology uses proprietary primers and accessory DNA, and can also detect asymmetric mutations. PrimaCap can be multiplexed to detect multiple markers.
